Went the subway couple hours ago customer service terrible she act like she didn’t even wanna be there. She was slow unmotivated I will never ever go there again

This place is a joke. one time my freind found a silver fish baked into the bread. just plain gross! its too bad people must have lost their taste buds or something. i dint know. Super nice staff, amazing service, sandwich tasted great!
I made an online order on Thursday 8:50 PM. When I went to the location, the store is closed. How the hell will I now get my refund
The food is good but there was a time when I ordered a six inch online and when I went to pick it up the lady said she made a footlong by mistake and then she charged me for a footlong I didn’t order. There should be a rule against “Indian giving” and I shouldn’t have had to pay for the clerks mistake. $8 later and I ended up being short for something else.
