Had a pretty negative experience with Manveer. He talks on the phone while working on sandwiches, makes careless mistakes when making sandwiches (adds wrong ingredients, places meat unevenly, only adds sauce to 2/3s of the sandwich…). I wanted my order for takeout so didn’t tip. First thing he does when the receipt is printed is checks it over, then sneers. Needs more staff, takes way too long for orders to get ready
The first time I went to this location, a lady named Baljinder served me. When I had to ask her to repeat herself because she was mumbling, she rolled her eyes, audibly sighed, and seemed frustrated when she had to continue with my order. She talked with a tone and never once smiled or said thank you. The second time I attended this location, she served me again. Great subway location. The staff is very nice and efficient when there is a rush. The restaurant is also very clean which I appreciate. A great atmosphere to sit down and enjoy the sunny weather in suterbrook.
