They've never once gotten my order right when Ive ordered pickup from here (have never dined in). I ordered a second sandwich because they messed up the first one I got and they messed the second one up too.
Funny I had the same experience with the Spanish lady who told me she was the manager there when I asked to speak to the manager. She was super rude to me when I asked her to substitute the ham on the subway club with another meat. She got a huge attitude with me about it. The Spanish lady was very rude and yelling at me. Said Why did I order food online don’t ever go to this place the Spanish lady didn’t know how to speak English and she was yelling at me not only that the other lady was preparing my sandwich before that she was mopping the floor, and she didn’t wash her hand when I told her please wash your hand and change my bread. She refuse to do changing my bread
someone was talking about a knife found in their sub when I stepped in. Left home with my order and found a knife in the sub. Went back and asked the lady at the counter about it, she argued she packed the sub right in front of me. Asked if she’s implying I’ve put the knife she said sorry and she didn’t mean it. Is this the way subway works? Who’s the owner here? I will take this up with subway HR
