I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this Subway location\. I simply asked a female employee, approximately 50–60 years old, how much a cookie costs\. Instead of answering my question politely, she mocked me and sarcastically repeated, “How much is the cookie?” in a way that made me feel embarrassed and disrespected\. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The employee, Jye, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him I needed to wash my hands before ordering, and he told me I could not use the restroom until I paid for my sandwich. I explained that I was going to order a sandwich after using the restroom, but instead of simply explaining the policy, he started yelling at me. If I could give zero stars I would. The Hispanic lady worked here on Monday Memorial Day was so rude, mean and racist. We ordered 2 combo meals and she didn’t want to give us the 2nd drink that was supposed to be with the combo meal. We almost had to argue with her to get it. The bathroom door is locked and we asked for key to use the bathroom and she didn’t want to give key either and then finally we got the key, it was the wrong key could not open the door.
