I order only and didn't know till I got there that my order was in the hospital. Went inside to pick up and the security wouldn't let me because I wasn't a visitor and he was so rude. Couldn't make any exceptions even tho I never order and didn't know it would be in there. Now I'm trying to get my money back but no one with answer.
Nina was very friendly and she made our sandwiches very quickly.
