Pulled up 30 mins before closed and door was locked and the worker was hiding in the back after we tried opening the door, we come here all the time and are regulars but the past month this establishment is going down hill and hopefully replaced with a better fast food restaurant soon that has employees that care and a corporate that holds them responsible. I’ve been a regular at this Subway for a while, mainly because it’s convenient. I usually enjoy their promotions like the BOGO for $1 and always order a Veggie Delight made vegan (no cheese, no dairy sauces, and oil & vinegar on the side). This location has repeatedly missed my notes, but this time was unacceptable. My order was leaking with oil and vinegar soaking through the brown bag. The guy gave me rancid philly meat and had an attitude the entire time no manager seemed to be present. I asked for light topping he gave me three thrown on the sandwich like he didn't give a flick" terrible haven't had such bad service or food since leaving Dallas.
