I went in to this subway about a month ago and the girl working never acknowledged my presence. Took my order - no idle chit chat. I went home with my sandwich the Cold Cut Combo and the meet was discolored and hard. That’s right, the cold cuts were hard. Had to drive back to the store to get her to make a new one. Poor service and poor quality.
Rude employee Ricardo. Bad customer service. Want be coming back. He ignored me when me and my husband was asking a question.
I just went there spent $35 on the subs. The bread was hard as a rock I went back over to ask for it to be remade the girl working today Sunday 01/18/2026 @ 12pm told me no. Told me to go home & reheat the sandwich that it will make the bread soft. I said I would like a new sandwich she told me I had to pay for a new sandwich she was very rude. She ended up giving me the sandwich for $3 but still she should have remade the sandwich and apologized. I will not be back.
I just got a 6inch sub to go on white bread. The bread was hard as a rock! I tried to call but the voicemail said the mailbox was not available. Never going back!
