Ordering two sandwiches took 20 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. The employee working on 12/27 around 10 a.m. was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the interaction. When asked to cut the outer paper wrap in half so the sandwiches could be shared by children, she refused.
