Came here a few days ago an the young lady didn't know how to ring up a footlong meatball with cheese an chips an small drink so the other employee ring my order up at $15.13 an I asked him again an checked my order and I will not be back here because other Subways charge me $1265
Watch out . They are rude from the moment you walk in.
This Subway has some of the most frustrating customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees showed very little customer service, seemed confused by basic questions, and made me feel extremely unwelcome throughout my visit. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the restaurant was completely dead. I’ve been coming to this Subway for the past 10 years, gradually it’s been getting worse and worse. But yesterday was the last straw. The service is completely trash, they really need to clean house. This new manager they have is soooo rude, I think his name is JULIO, yelled at me for not replying right away if I wanted my sandwich toasted.
