I ordered online. 2 bmt footlong sandwiches, a coke and an orange juice. I got the two sandwiches but no coke and a lemonade instead of the orange juice. Both of the sandwiches didn't have lettuce or tomato or cucumbers like I'd asked. And both had green peppers which I did not ask for. Not super happy and they also didn't do the bogo promo at their location. So don't expect the toppings you asked for on your sandwich.
Why is it hotter in the store than outside, close to August? Messed up to expect people to work in that.
One of the workers there were really rude, all I asked was a cup of ice and they rolled their eyes at me, they also gave me some attitude.
The man that makes my subs always give me a hard time about making my sub the way I want it. I am eating a dry steak wrap cuz he didn't want to melt my cheese with my meat. He got better when I told him I feel like walking out, smh.
