Ill be honest here over the years this place just keeps getting worse. I walked in to get a few subs like I normally do every other week. As I walked in the person working told me that they were out of everything. Thats cool I get it. Stuff happens but then sitting in my car looking for a new place to go eat. 2 other people walked in and were served. Wasted 30 min ordering s sub from a distracted worker. Supervisor was making her upset because he was hanging out with some other customer who she apparently did not like. When I went to my car to eat the sub, it looked disgusting covered with mayo. It had so much mayo on it, it looked lole a crime scene. Walked back in and requested a refund. Left never to return again.
This is absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point in ordering online ahead of time if I get there and I’m still waiting until after the people in line. It didn’t used to be like this, I used to order everyday and my sandwich was made and ready when I got here so I could pick it up & go. I don’t get much time on lunch breaks but now I’m spending it waiting on something that should be made already. This subway has gone downhill.
