"Fresh" ingredients are never fresh. Messy topping station that's always never clean.
Absolutely horrid experience. From your impatient workers to the quality and sanitation of the ingredient station. Got crushed avacado on my wrap and it was brown as it being scooped from the container to my wrap. NOT "Fresh" as advertised. Would steer clear of this one specifically. Not my first issue with it's nonchalant workers.
The staff here does an excellent job the service is great and they always make the sandwich correctly and the hospitality is unbelievable. There a friendly staff and deserve a raise tbh
Visited December 21 at 11: 30 a.m and upon entering employee was in the lobby on his phone. The lettuce was brown the pans were dirty and had not been changed. Disgusting! There were knats flying around...terrible experience. I will not return. This deserves 0 stars.
I ordered online on 11/18/2025 while I was sitting in traffic on mountain industrial in front of the QT. When we arrived I asked the gentleman if the sub had been made and he told me no. So I asked if one half of the sub could be plain and the other with toppings. He said yes and started fixing my sandwich.
