If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and the manager isn’t any better. Th girl with the orange hair has absolutely no idea what she is doing, and didn’t even wash her hands before she made my sandwich. Not to mention all the rude snarky comments made. Don’t go here. Not to mention the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.
Red head with glasses and brown head with glasses were super rude. Red head walked in and didn’t wash her hands and then preceded to make my sandwich. She seemed super confused and looked like she had no idea what she was doing. The brown haired one smashed my bag of chips before putting it into the bag. SANDWICH TOOK FOREVER TO MAKE even tho there was no line. They absolutely do not follow sanitary regulations at this location.
Just today I ordered two footlong subs from Rockford location # 12141-0 address is 165 Marcell Dr. I WILL NEVER get subs from this location EVER again. The sub artist does NOT know own how to make a double meat sub. Also she asked if I was going to leave a tip. For this location you're subs SUCK. VERY DISCUSSED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. PS. THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THERE AT THE TIME I ORDERED OUR SUBS.
After years of going to Jersey Mike, I saw a coupon buy a 6-in getter 6 in free. I reluctantly tried and was sadly disappointed. It was literally almost no meat on the sandwich. The meat that was there was awful and the bread was chewy and actually nasty reminded me of the entires. I really don't know how Subway stays in business.
