Purposely ignored the phone when i was calling trying to cancel an order because I placed it at the wrong address on accident. Found a ride to go get the sandwich and I called while inside the restaurant to see if ringer was broken or something but no the phone rang and it was literally being ignored by the girl and she was listening to music instead through Airpods. The lady told me at the end of my order. After waiting in line for 20 minutes they didn’t take 50 dollar bills because they don’t have change???????!!!!!!????? So I gave her a $7 dollar tip in order to get my sandwiches. Total scam! I’m never coming back here again!!!!
tell me why i got a BLT delivered and i got a sandwhich with JUST BACON on it, that is ridiculous. my pepsi bottle looks like someone took a fat drink out of it.
Rich was the best! Customer service to date he had us laughing and prepped our food quickly and with care! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had to date! I can't say enough good things about this experience seriously the best. This man deserves a raise for sure! 😊 Thanks for the best service ever! Hope to see you again man!
