I chose to sit and eat my order in store. Wrong choice, when another customer with a large order came in she wound up chatting with the employee present. He decided this conversation was a good place to vocalize his frustrations and disgust with DoorDash drivers that don’t speak English. with an online order I placed for pickup. The order was marked as ready, so I went into the store expecting it to have been prepared. However, when I arrived, the employee informed me that he had not even started the order yet. When he asked for my name, he was speaking very quietly, so I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t hear him. Got there 5-10 minutes after 8 pm, they close at 10pm. Bread selection was little to none, as was cheese, veggies, sauces. Literally only 3 or 4 veggies available. Not sure why I chose to pay full price for a footlong when less than half the ingredients were available. I still gave a small tip for the employee only because I felt bad he was working by himself. The staff doesn't read online orders. Literally 3 ingredients toasted and it was messed up twice over. I paid 4 extra dollars for this online ordering privilege for a cold incorrect sandwich.
Worker closes doors 20 minutes before closing time on our face.Lazy.
