Sign says close at 9pm. 81qpm doors are locked with no sign. This happens often.

I ordered online. The buy one get one for free. They took my money and I went in to pick it up. When I told them I had a pickup, the woman told me she canceled my order. I asked why and she said they don't honor any coupons at the stores in Ripon. I asked why not and she said the owner said they won't take any coupons at their store. I asked her why wait until I get there to tell. I didn't get an email or anything. She said I don't know. Then she asked if I would still like to order. There was only one person working. We were the only customer. She had piercing and colored hair. She was so rude. No customer service skills at all. Did not smile or even greeted us. When it was paying time I tried scanning my cell phone to get rewards and I even said, it's not working, could I get a little help and the cashier looked at me and threw her hands up in the air like she didn't know what to do amd gave me attitude. The Owner was extremely rude to me and to the man in front of me. He has absolutely no good customer service skills. I'll never go back to this location.
