There was only one person working. We were the only customer. She had piercing and colored hair. She was so rude. No customer service skills at all. Did not smile or even greeted us. When it was paying time I tried scanning my cell phone to get rewards and I even said, it's not working, could I get a little help and the cashier looked at me and threw her hands up in the air like she didn't know what to do amd gave me attitude. The Owner was extremely rude to me and to the man in front of me. He has absolutely no good customer service skills. I'll never go back to this location.
I recently went here and spent 40 bucks on 2 sandwiches. Only to get home (all of 6 blocks away) and open the sandwich and realize it was disgusting. The vegetables which consisted of spinach, tomato, and peppers were so water logged it made the thing look & feel like a wet diaper. I contacted Subway via email. I received a response from them saying the matter had been resolved. This place didn't respond to me in any fashion or try to correct the matter. This Subway location is one of the worst I’ve ever visited. The owner’s behavior toward customers is offensive and discriminatory, and his attitude makes the entire experience uncomfortable. On top of that, he’s been overcharging on sales tax, which I’ve already reported to San Joaquin County Weights & Measures for investigation. No customer should be treated unfairly or charged incorrectly. Until corporate steps in, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place.
