I understand when it’s time to close you wanna just get out of work ASAP but there is customers that do like to come in last minute because they’re hungry and don’t realize what time it is and they like to get food that was the case with us I’ve worked in fast food before so I understand it is frustrating but you don’t let the customers see that you’re frustrated that they’re here getting food when you’re trying to close this was the worst service I’ve ever had with Subway
They can't get an order right, and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes, horrible customer service and very incompetent.
I completely understand that working QSR is not an easy job, and I also understand that everyone has bad days. We haven't been to subway in a long time due to quality, we gave them a shot today, and the two young girls working made it an absolutely awful experience. Cold, rude, impatient. The veggies were old, and also a mess. I can't say we'll be back any time soon. Sad.
