This location doesn’t have operational phones, so when their faulty website shuts down after ordering you have no clue what happened, even though you’re charged. This particular location has a weak staff that allows for rude customers to yell and curse out other customers. This nasty $12 foot long is saturated in mayo and looks like it was put together by an actual chimpanzee. I understand when it’s time to close you wanna just get out of work ASAP but there is customers that do like to come in last minute because they’re hungry and don’t realize what time it is and they like to get food that was the case with us I’ve worked in fast food before so I understand it is frustrating but you don’t let the customers see that you’re frustrated that they’re here getting food when you’re trying to close this was the worst service I’ve ever had with Subway
They can't get an order right, and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes, horrible customer service and very incompetent.
