Food is best in town and great service
I’m not sure if there has been new ownership or just different staff but yesterday when I was in the entire experience was horrible. The gentleman serving was rude and snarky. Maybe he was having a bad day but there is no excuse for the level of attitude that was presented. On top of that, the wrap was stale Sorry subway west London but you need to fix your customer service.
Vipul and his associates gave us great service with a smile. He was kind to all the customers, he also gave complimentary cookies to kids. A good Subway branch to enjoy good food with amicable environment.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the subs were made perfectly.
Absolutely fail.. yet again the bun was rock hard. She tried to justify it was frozen so she put in microwave when I was saying every subway I go to that is Indian owned buns are stale. It is the small snack bread meaning they don't sell many but that doesn't mean you keep them for how many days She promised me it was fine.. surprise hard!! Never again will I to to any subway ever !!!!!
