They literally have their own kids working there and they still can't get orders out on time. Says my order will be ready at 1:30, but I'm still waiting here. Watching Linda's kids sweep the front........ Update: 2 years later and the service is still abysmal. Ordered online and took 20 minutes longer than the window when I showed up on time. The guy working there moves like he's sleepwalking. Pick a different Subway.
I’m a very regular customer. I’ve been traveling further to go to this location because it was better than the closer location. The last year or so things have changed. The orders are often wrong and/or not ready when they are supposed to be. Ordered a footlong roast beef tonight. It literally had two pieces of meat. Looks like either finding another location or striking Subway from our weekly dinner.
Jake is amazing! Did a great job making my pizza! Was patient and kind with my requests all while being busy and the only one working at the time! He always has a great attitude!
I just went in there to get a protein pocket. All I asked for was extra cheese and to add bacon. The lady said "No, thats why its only 3.99" Ok?? For one that was rude to tell me that and for two I politely told her that I dont mind paying extra for bacon and extra cheese. And she said "Nope, cant do that. Thats why its 3.99" like what? Isn't the point of them making it infront of you so you can pick out what you want on it? On literally anything else you can add extra stuff except this?? Why? Ashley makes an amazing sandwich! She took her time and made sure every inch of the delicious bread was covered with my choices of meat, cheese and other toppings. Everything looked so fresh. I can hardly wait to get this sandwich home and eat it!! Thank you Ashley for your excellent service!
