I come here regularly to grab our regular Wednesdays meal of the day and within the past 7 months I’ve always been greeted rudely by an old Hispanic lady. Other than that a Telugu lady who works there is always in a rush to head back home. It’s very unprofessional. They should hire well qualified servers like how Dutch Bro does. They always treat their customers well.
Wrost experience ever!! I came once every 2 week and order the same thing every time with no issues or extra charges but today the lady at front was very rude and she tried to overcharge me 2 meats for no reason(sandwich ordered has 3 meats and I didn’t order extra or more just 3 meats) I told her isn’t the first I ordered like that but she just kept saying will be extra so I just walked out! Subway is downhill and this is one of the reason the going down
I arrived at 10:50 PM today while the store hours clearly state closing at 11:00 PM. I was hungry and just wanted to grab a quick meal, but she refused to take my order, saying they were already closed because she wanted to go home early. Closing early for personal convenience is completely unprofessional, and her attitude was rude and dismissive.
