I have eaten at several different Subway locations for many years in Richardson, Dallas, Plano, and Allen. This was my first time here. AUGUST 26, 2025: Debanhi & Chris greeted me. I told them I like to build my sub sandwich a special way. No problem. I ordered through the App, and used CODE FORTY to get 40% OFF my Footlong #1 The Philly Steak & Cheese. We walked in and the manager was on the phone and the other Hispanic girl was also on her phone. The only one working was this guy, maybe Indian, and he seemed new but was trying his best. As more customers walked in he tried to attend to them all while the other 2 just watched. My wife spilled her drink and even brought it to their attention and they never bothered to clean it. The hispanic lady at front is very rude and has worst attitude. She did not even toast/warm the bread after keeping the cheese, even though i asked her to do it. Dont go to this location
