08/16/26 The girl who was working after midnight was so rude. You could tell she was mad that we came in to order. She had an attitude when I was ordering. She obviously needs more training. I asked for a Sub Club, which has specific deli meats. She continuously asked me what meat I want. Basically saying, that the sandwich only came with one meat. We had to repeatedly ask her why, when it shows 3 meats included. We told her we wanted the bread toasted. She asked us 3x if we wanted our bread toasted.

I walked into this Subway after getting off work to grab something to eat. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The Cuban woman working behind the counter and another younger employee repeatedly said “no” while laughing and talking among themselves, acting as if we didn’t even exist. Instead of acknowledging waiting customers or offering assistance, they continued their conversation and eventually walked to the back, completely ignoring us. Walked inside August second. The girl went into the back and hid from us. When we realized she wasn’t coming back we had to leave.

Ordered a 6 inch turkey by itself; no sides, no drink, and was charged $11 and some change. I walked over to the Bojangles next-door and got a whole meal with a drink, fries and a sandwich for $8 dollars. There are about seven food places in this little shopping center. Why would anybody go to Subway and pay that much for a 6 inch sandwich ? Ridiculous
