Normally, I tend to be critical in my reviews, but this time, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service! The young man working at the counter, I believe his name is Arsh or Aksash (apologies if I got it wrong), provided excellent service and the best customer experience. This was my second visit to this location but my first time meeting him. He was quick, efficient, and handled the food with great care. I just wanted to say thank you , keep up the fantastic work! Worst food ordering experience of my life. Not just because our food delivery was an hour after it was expected but there was a long nasty black hair in the bag, the drinks were not what we ordered and the sandwiches were burnt to a crisp. I usually don’t order from subway and looks like I won’t again. Disgusting.
