Absolutely disgusting I haven't eaten it in over 20 years and I threw half of it away. Fresh fit steak and cheese pair of meat and the meat you did that was the most disgusting piece of canned processed meat I'd ever tasted never again you can give it to me for free and I would never eat it again May 8 2026

Lady working tonight made my sub incorrectly no big deal, however when I pointed that out she decided to double down and essentially call me a liar by saying “she always follows the order correctly”. Well tonight she didn’t. She then took it out of the oven not replacing my “not toasted” bread and dumped the contents into a heating container. Gagan is absolutely outstanding. I came here twice during the BOGO footlong week and it was so chaotic. She was the only one working and there were 10 customers in store and then so many people coming for mobile orders (including me) She was kind and told everyone that she needed a little time to make all these subs. I ordered 4 and she made them perfectly - no mistakes. I only had to wait a little bit as she had cleared everyone in the store. Megha was extremely disrespectful and did not refund us nor give us our food. called 10 times to cancel our order and still no answer. I WOULD LOVE TO GOVE MEGHA À SPECIAL SHOUT OUT FOR YELLING AT ME AND CALLING ME NAMES. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED.
