Got entire family Subway, 4 footlongs, turns out their toaster isn't working as every sandwich is ice cold with no indication of being heated. 80% of sub has peppers cut into ball shapes and are mushy. Very dissatisfied with quality of food.
Shorter girl working is not mature enough to be serving customers. I asked how much the cheapest combo was, she said $5 and change. I said “the combo?” She says no just the sub. Then I asked how much the cold cut combo was and she again tells me the price of the sub. Then after I get my combo and start filling up my drink, she starts complaining to her coworker about me while I can hear her! Also I asked for extra spinach and got like 6 tiny pieces of limp spinach.
Had a great experience here just now. On all oshawa location will definitely go back here and the one near laval walmart for their generous serving please don’t change.here is my go to now!also the one who is helping me in my order is so awesome and is not intimidating at all.
