Went to this location today for lunch. One person working at lunch time on a Saturday. Washroom had sign out of order. This has been 'broken' for almost a year. Staff member was very rude, and the ends of her head covering was brushing in subs she was making. We left and went to another location where the service and store were much better
ONE person running the entire store during rush hour today. Will not be returning to this location.
I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it – fresh, delicious, and perfectly put together. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. While the washroom situation in the plaza isn’t ideal (totally outside of Subway’s control), it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else about my visit was outstanding.
