The employee was very rude and displayed a highly impatient attitude throughout the interaction. If customers did not place their orders according to her preferred method, she appeared irritated and treated them disrespectfully.
My experience at Subway on June 3 was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order and went to the store expecting a smooth pickup process. Instead, I encountered a staff member who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The lack of courtesy and poor customer service made the entire experience frustrating and unacceptable. The gentleman working this evening went out of his way to make my sub customized so I could enjoy half tomorrow without it being soggy. 10/10 customer service!
