Worst subway location ever. I am a regular customer of subway but tried this location for the first time…and definitely it’s gonna be the last. I ordered 2 big veggie 12” sub.(my default order) and definitely both bread were stale and you can tell veggie patties and toppings were not fresh at all. It’s worth to go extra 3-4 kms to go to subway at Simcoe St N near shoppers. Never had a problem at that location. (My usual location)
I recently visited the Subway for a pickup order, and it was, without a doubt, the worst food service experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, making no effort to acknowledge or address the order correctly. The sandwich itself was a complete disappointment. The bread was stale, not heated/toasted and the fillings were poorly assembled, with ingredients haphazardly thrown together. Newly renovated store. Very good portion
Bread hard as a rock
The chubby lady that works in the day time is causing cross contamination,as she doesn't change her gloves when handling the Cash register . Be sure to verbally ask her to change her gloves so she's aware she's monitored.
