Terrible experience at this Subway. The owner, Harry, clearly needs to learn how to treat customers and provide proper customer service. If you’re running a food business, treating customers with respect should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Without a doubt, one of the worst Subway locations in Durham. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Usually it’s good during the day at this store but today October 5th, 2026 during dinner time (8:20 pm), i experienced one of the worst customer service experience, the customer before was asked to choose every single item but i wasn’t asked what kind of cheese i want, if i want it toasted. When I corrected for the type of cheese i want, he only change half the chesse and left the other half with the type I don’t like.
