I will definitely not be going to this location ever again maybe not Subway again in general. Super rude lady working arguing with me. I will spend the extra five bucks and go to Firehouse much better subs and service.
The lady behind cash needs to work on her customer service skills. Whether a customer is rude or not, you should remain respectful and composed at all times as you are representing a business.
We walked in and there was a few people ahead of us. The gentlemen behind the counter were quick and efficient. When it got to be our turn they again served as greatly as they did the customers before us. When we took our turn to pay the gentleman at the till messed up putting a sticker on one of the papers so went to put another sticker on. I made a comment giggling about getting an extra sticker.
