Why do multiple employees not know what is on the menu or how to make it? We have ordered the home style chicken salad sandwich (menu item #42) from this location several times with no issues. This time, however, we received 2 "chicken salads" instead. When advised of the error, 2 employees advised "we don't have that" even though it is not only on their online menu and on the menu board right behind them, but also, as noted we have ordered and received this product several times in the past. Tasty and very good at listening what we wanted on our sandwiches. They were great at explaining the foot long cookie and even showed it to us. And the restaurant was very clean.
Subway is always fast and reliable! I order online, and my food is ready in just 10 minutes. Fresh ingredients and great service every time!
How is this place not shut down yet? The service when this "so called manager" is working closes the store 2 hours early and ignores people when they need service. What the heck is going on? I just called for the corporate number and I got told their franchise and asked for the franchise number and they asked me why I needed it.
