Both staff members were very patient and friendly. We asked how to get to the parking area, and they explained the directions to us in great detail. The food was great, and the staff were wonderful too!
It’s so nice to see this Subway back in action. I went in today for lunch and met the new owners who were delightful. The shop looks brand new and the food was great. I’ll definitely be back!
Really glad to see this place finally shut down for restructuring!! I’ve never experienced worse service. The staff were unbelievably rude—mocking customers’ pronunciation over something as minor as a tomato/tomahto difference. One older lady even repeated my little sister’s pronunciation out loud, then mimicked it for the other staff—and they all laughed together?? I genuinely couldn’t believe it was happening. Would it kill you guys to, at the very least, be minimally friendly to the customers who are friendly to you? Every time I go here, they’re all rude and speak to you like you’re personally inconveniencing them.
Awful food poisoning from this place. Would not return. They always under serve the quantities too. (I know it is this place as it's the only food I had in 16hrs)
