I paid $14 for a foot long chicken teriyaki sub. I took 2 bites & realized the chicken was still very cold. So I took it back up & let the cashier know. She then took my sandwich back (including the part I had ate off of) scrapes the veggies off as best she could and threw it back in the toaster!? I was baffled that she and the other employee there found this acceptable!! I will NEVER return here!!
To expensive spent 50 for 2 people waisted alot of food next time split a foot long plenty of food
My experience at Subway on 12/17 2025 was terrible . The customer service was unsatisfactory. My bread was very soggy because the employee put to much sauce on my sandwich causing the bread to be very soggy and I was not able to eat . I told both employees that were working and they said it was my fault and gave me a fork to eat my sandwich. I thought that was rude and unprofessional.
