I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, they said it wasn’t in their system. I showed them clear proof of my order and payment, but the staff, management, and even the owner refused to help or offer any solution. Today I visited Subway and had a great experience. Ramandeep Kaur treated me very well and provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, patient, and made my sandwich perfectly according to my preferences. It’s always nice to be served by someone who is professional and welcoming. Thank you, Ramandeep, for the wonderful service — I will definitely visit again!
