Stopped this morning for a breakfast sandwich. Diane gave wonderful customer service and had the friendliest personality! This Subway was also one of the CLEANEST shops I have ever visited. Exceptional employees need to be recognized, and Diane is one of them!!
Accepted my order turn up within 15 minutes and they closed with my sandwiches on the side. Meant to close at 8pm it’s now 3:35pm and I’ve been here 20 minutes. Update they then sent me this reply when I told them what happened. No offer of refund or anything else of the sort just that they accepted my order and locked up because they are looking to keep things fresh 🤨
Bread tasted old and sandwhich was not made with love. Air smelt like fish, I ignored all signs.
When I stopped at Subway this morning in Wilkesboro, it was not the same look or feel as it had been in the past. First and foremost it was a ghost town cares were pulled back from tables and the rest of the store was vacant. After a fair wait someone told me I needed to ring the bell. When I was finally attended I ordered a coffee and was told that they had no coffee today.. Clearly not the same experience I had here in the past. Time to find a new Subway location
