Subway claims to stand by the motto “Eat Fresh,” but tonight’s experience was anything but fresh — it was frustrating, rude, and downright unacceptable. My mother ordered a footlong veggie sandwich and very clearly asked for extra pickles and jalapeños. What did she get? Three pickles and three jalapeños. On a veggie sandwich. Excelent service, very good people
There's no sense of readiness to help the customer. I walked in, and asked very simply "what is the meal of the day?" Since they had never taken the Tuna display down from the previous day. It's not very clean and is positioned right outside of the Walmart Public Bathrooms. The entire environment feels so unsanitary and drained of energy. There's no way I would spend $3 more for the same sandwich I could get at a much cleaner, independent Subway. Like the one in New Milford, CT. This place is disgusting.
