Like all locations in Norwalk, they refuse to accept the nationally advertised promotions and discounts, so don’t bother wasting your time. If you’re in Norwalk, go to Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s, unless you like paying triple the price just for the fun of it. Of course all the locations in surrounding towns accept the coupons, we just get the short end of the stick here in Norwalk as per usual. Dingy, dirty, run down store too
I have only been here once, but this Subway is fantastic. The store is extremely clean and organized. The staff was super friendly and expedient. Would highly recommend and I will be back!
They stopped taking paper coupons so I had to pay full price even though all other accept them with no problems. S7bway is a dying franchise they shouldn't be turning away anyone's money. This is no reflection on the wonderful ladies working there.
Terrible service I ordered a tuna foot long meal that cost 15 dollars . When I got to my job and lunchtime came around I opened my sandwich and there was nooooo tuna just the vegetables I asked for to go in it. Ridiculous...you won't get any of my money anymore.
