I’ve been coming to this location in Northbrook store 2581. They need to fix their air-conditioning. It is so hot in here. It’s been broke for a long time.
Edit: customer service is actually still pretty bad - the people here just hide in the back of the store when they aren’t making orders. Horrible service. They are always on the phone too for some reason, for long periods at a time talking to whomever knows. Its very strange how they run the store. I have seen people walk in, never get serviced because their singular worker is hiding in the back, so they just walk back out and never get food.
