I ordered yesterday on line and I couldn’t find the place so I called this location at. 800 University Parkway in Orem and so I called the shop and no one answered and I called multiple times and no one answered and it cost me 15 dollars ! And so I called back today and I wasn’t expecting anyone’s to answer because of yesterday and talked to “Carl “ and he said that I couldn’t have a refund which is ridiculous so it ended up costing me 15 dollars for a sandwich I didn’t eat ! I’m so pissed off !
Currently in the drive through. I’ve been sitting here for at least 15min now. They haven’t taken my order yet. I just want my food😭
They did not toast my sandwich when I doordashed, 4 different times. When I called about it I was hung up on. It's not hard to have common decency.
One of the guys that works there tries to get in debates with me over silly things… he tries to argue because it appears he is just in a bad mood altogether
There is or was a woman that worked there that was top notch friendly and fast. The majority of the time, the employees are lazy and socially inept as if bothered by needing to work. I have cravings for Subway but if they are there, I will eat the granola I keep at my desk.
