Employee working was doing a great job but was clearly struggling due to the store being understaffed.
We were in yesterday at about four and there were three customers in front of us and four more behind us as we waited at least 30 to 40 minutes for the one person at the counter, who was working as hard as she could, to help all the customers to finally take our order. Her counter was covered in receipts from call in orders and online orders that she couldn’t even get to because she had a line out the door. Any business that runs on a skeleton crew is dangerous.
