Wack franchise location. These chumps cancelled my online order on me because I used a coupon. I didn't know until I arrived to the location and they told me they cancelled the order. I used to work at Subway and I know for a fact that the franchise gets re-inbursed by corporate for coupons used, yet this franchise chooses to be misers and not accept coupons. Based on the other reviews of this location, Im not missing much. I will not be back, and I will make sure everyone I know here doesn't come to this subway.
I stopped by Subway today and had a great experience. The lobby was clean and well-kept, and the staff were super friendly and helpful with my order. I got the tuna sandwich, and it was fresh, flavorful, and made just right. It’s nice to see a location that takes pride in both their food and their service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
They dont honor their deals online very rude staff and they always have an attitude i am very disappointed with this subway everyone should just stop ordering from here! Specially subway supposed to be fresh but its not always fresh how they say
I had placed a online order and it was canceled due to their specials they have online they take online orders but dont take the specials which I dont get this is the second time they do this to me they dont own up to their specials online and I had a previous encounter as well when I had told the employee about the roach I had seen running by the chips and he really didnt do anything about it they just didnt care so I am very unsatisfied with their services here in this subway I won't be going to this subway no more !
Seriously disappointing experience today. I placed an online order for two footlongs using a deal that was clearly offered online by this store. They accepted the order and gave me a pickup time. When I showed up, after the pickup time the employees simply refused to honor the offer. If they didn't want to honor the deal, they shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place!
