Worst customer service and they charged different price compare to other locations.
Really bad gesture on serving community stand point. Cleanliness 0% and attitude 100%. It clearly shows flaws in management. As a local guide, I wouldn't recommend this specific store.
I just visited this Subway location, and the experience was absolutely horrible. Before even ordering, I asked to use the washroom with every intention of buying food right after. The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive, bluntly telling me it was “only for customers” in a tone that was completely uncalled for. Came here today because I have a gift card that I wanted to use up. Little did I know that the employees here do not know how to charge to a QR code gift card. I came here before and it worked fine but with these 2 employees today, they had no idea how it worked. This location should take some time to train their workers on how to use their payment device, I'm sure its not that difficult to figure out. Worst run Subway around, owner/management doesn’t care & that has rubbed off onto the staff. Preordered on the app & 20 minutes later when I arrived at the store & it was supposed to be ready she hadn’t even started it yet. 930 am about 2 weeks ago. She wasn’t working on any orders & had no customers so she didn’t have any excuse.
