Came here today because I have a gift card that I wanted to use up. Little did I know that the employees here do not know how to charge to a QR code gift card. I came here before and it worked fine but with these 2 employees today, they had no idea how it worked. This location should take some time to train their workers on how to use their payment device, I'm sure its not that difficult to figure out. Worst run Subway around, owner/management doesn’t care & that has rubbed off onto the staff. Preordered on the app & 20 minutes later when I arrived at the store & it was supposed to be ready she hadn’t even started it yet. 930 am about 2 weeks ago. She wasn’t working on any orders & had no customers so she didn’t have any excuse. Very good staff and Aunt who work there is very sweet… and they are perfect in making their subs … so what u waiting for go and grab your sandwich…
Food was very good and the staff was very helpful. I had an issue with a promotion on my mobile app that wasn’t working in store and they helped me figure out an alternative to make up for the issue. Very clean location as well.
