if i can leave a zero star i would this girl don't know her name heavy set was rude as hell kept waiting for a long time we'll doing other phone orders, she didn't tell me anything about the wait and also i asked her if i can get fresh bread she said it was too hot. I will never go back to this location horrible service waste of time i had to drive to bosque farms where they did an amazing job!
Bread was so old, it was like eating leather. Cookies were fresh though Update: went there another time. Did a mobile order takeout and when I got home, I saw the food was wrong. Called them up and the worker was not helpful, wanted me to go back just to do anything. So I asked to speak to a manager, and they said they’d get in touch with me. I never heard anything back. I went to the Subway feedback site and reported an issue with the order and it said someone would be in touch, and still nothing.
Took the worker 15 minutes to make two sandwiches. Vegetables looked soggy. Employee was nice but kept asking me to repeat my order. Also asked what kind of subs they were when checking me out… as if they didn’t just make them themselves. Got a cookie and it was not fresh. Overall not worth going back.👎🏽
There’s a hair in my food they weren’t wearing a hair net I couldn’t hear when they talked they we so slow bad I miss the old worker I don’t blame them for leaving
