The complaint here is they offered products on their app that they dont have in stock. Instead of calling or waiting for the customer to come in for substitutions or canceling the order they put in their own substitutions. The employees don't know how/refuse to fix it. They don't know how to refund you or anything. Its not worth ordering on the app. As no resolution will come to you at all. If you're okay with whatever you get in store that's a different story.

There’s a guy who works there — I’m not sure what his name is, but he has tattoos and is one of the kindest, most energetic people I’ve ever seen. He makes people laugh, brightens the atmosphere, and brings smiles to everyone around him.
May be the worst subway I’ve been too. Tasted like rubber and pickles
