No choices of bread. Only wheat. Toaster broken. So decided to try a wrap. Asked to put olives on it. Charged extra. Even though it was not my first choice of sandwich. Bathroom was gross!!
Everything looks good except they do not have any iced tea. Why have an iced tea machine if you're not going to make iced tea?
The complaint here is they offered products on their app that they dont have in stock. Instead of calling or waiting for the customer to come in for substitutions or canceling the order they put in their own substitutions. The employees don't know how/refuse to fix it. They don't know how to refund you or anything. Its not worth ordering on the app. As no resolution will come to you at all. If you're okay with whatever you get in store that's a different story.
