The cashier is the most unprofessional person I have met. I went to order the meal deal and on the app I know whenever I order for pickup I can choose bottle drinks for a little surcharge but the cashier was refusing to do it saying it’s not allowed in their system (which makes no sense if it’s available on the app). Be careful when paying at this location, especially if you use Apple Pay or another mobile payment method. I was presented with a tip screen and did not select a tip option. I assumed that by not choosing a tip and simply tapping my phone to pay, no tip would be added. After the transaction, I discovered that a tip had been charged. I was later told that customers must press a red button to decline the tip prompt before paying. I ordered from the app and ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwiches but they barely any chicken in them. It felt as if I was eating a sandwich with only veggies. They also didn’t want to provide a refund or any compensation for it even though I got 6 6” subs. Very unsatisfied if I could give 0 stars i would
