I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The staff member who attended me was rude, impatient, and their level of English made communication very difficult. Instead of explaining things clearly, they ended up yelling at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and offended. I never disrespected them—I stayed calm the whole time—but I decided to leave because I didn’t feel well treated. The guy that works there is a joke, he doesn’t accept coupons sometimes, I’ve had issues with him since he worked at the subway at 51 street and Roosevelt and him working in this location is just as bad, when I asked him nicely where is my drink, he didn’t understand what I was saying and he gave me attitude with his disgusting disrespectful loud mouth, I hope this guy gets fired
Very good subway restaurant best in town.
The person who attended me was extremely rude. In my case, I couldn’t understand what they were asking due to their terrible English, and all they did was repeat themselves rudely and use bad language. This person is a bad employee who is causing the company to lose customers because, among others, I will never return to that place again
They never take any coupons or deals. dont know how they are still in business
