We were the only car in the drive thru. When we pulled up to the menu and speaker a female voice told us that she would be right with us. We waited for at least 7 minutes before a males voice came over the speaker and said he would be right with us. We waited another 15 minutes and nobody came back over the speaker to take our order. Went in on my lunch break and Juan was so friendly! Very fast and gave GREAT service. Thank you again Juan!
We came in at 12:30 and ordered 8 sandwiches, at rush hour. We were served by a cheerful employee Juan. There were 4 people behind us and we let them all go first, Juan was so quick that we made it out with our 8 sandwiches at 1pm he took less than 10 minutes to make all of them, it was amazing his costumer service was wonderful he was quick, kind, and very professional will definitely be coming again and hope to see him as well!!
Stopped in today & was greeted by an employee. He was so friendly & professional. Made some delicious subs, shout out to Juan! Thank you for a lovely experience
Excellent customer service, fast and good food, they even have oreo cookies, I like this store.
