I had a few minutes ago a bad experience with this restaurant. I called the store to cancel an order and they didn't help me. Why? because they told they can't do that, then after our conversation, put my order in picked up. THAT IT WAS NOT TRUE!!!! . I never picked up the order I just wanted a refund!!!!. I wanted my money back and the excuse was that they (as employees) can't cancel orders. Now, I lost $30.46 because they didn't want to cancel my order and a refund is not an option either.
