I went on Monday to get lunch, there were two Bangeli people were working and they were extremely rude when I ask them simple question about the $6.99 meal. They were annoyed about me asking a simple question when it is their job to provide customer service. But it was fine, didn’t bother much until they charge me extra $3.25. When I ask they making it big deal out of it saying I can’t read the sign or what. But the sign clearly says $6.99 for cold cuts on Monday plus soda and chips. But they charge me $11 for no reason also... read more
The staff at this Subway location lacks basic customer service skills. They were incredibly rude to me and insisted I make my sandwich exactly how they wanted. One of the employees even told me she wouldn’t make my sandwich for me anymore. I've visited this location twice, and both times the service was just as poor. The staff's attitude towards customers is unacceptable.
Worst establishment ever.sandwich’s are bland and stale,workers have bad attitudes ,and last time I went I walked in at 8:30,walked inside,and they told me they was closed when the door clearly says they close at 9.just bad service overall
