Kind staff
I visited subway yesterday, ordered, and was immediately met with poor customer service. The staff seemed visibly annoyed as soon as I entered. I requested Swiss cheese, and they didn’t have, and then asked for mozzarella, which they also didn’t have. Despite my requests, they continued to get irritated by me. I order from the location solely because of convenience. I tend to use the app to make my orders. There were two negative occurrences that happened here. One time I sent my son in to collect an order and the guy was really rude with him. I placed one mobile order and then he decided he wanted something so I placed a second mobile order and he scolded my son and told him don’t ever do that again.
