Very rude and backlogged Pickup order over 15 minutes late Server told me to “SITDOWN” when I inquired about delay.
I had someone steal my online subway account and make a purchase locally at this location using my stored gift card. Whe I finally got ahold of someone who didn’t speak much English they only said “I don’t know…” and eventually hung up when I requested a refund. Worst experience of all. Probably was this non English speaking “employee”. Subway also does not offer any way to contact corporate for complaints and refers you to dispute charges to your bank but no recourse for a giftcard fraud. Such a rip off.
