Be aware they do not open at 8am. I went there 2 times, the first time I tought it was just that day, the guy open late and he apologize etc. But the second time I went I don't even know at what time he open, it was 8:04, he saw me on the door and he didn't even open the door, he ask me for another 5 to 10 min. Really? I just left. If he is late I don't want to be late myself for work just because the workers here has no sense of people's timing. The door sign says 8:00am, not 8:15-8:20.

A few months ago, their customer service was poor, but they've changed their staff, which has led to significant improvements. Now, I'm a regular customer, and of course, their sandwiches are still the best!
The service at this location is terrible, this applies to walk in customers as well as DoorDash/Ubereats orders. I take on UberEats on the side and more than three times, I’ve had to wait over 20mins for the order to be ready. The order is never ready even when placed 20 minutes ahead of time. At the time of this review, I’m standing waiting for the order to be made. Store Manager you need to retrain your staff and let them know how to do better.
I’m sure everyone can read when it says open at 8am and even the sign on their door says they open at 8am. The amount of times I get there between 8:15am and 8:30am and they look at you outside the door and just shake their damn heads is just rude and ridiculous. Change the hours of operation or get a bad review every time.
