Terrible food and service in this subway, none of the workers know how to speak English and don’t understand the work process. Also the manager doesn’t know how to train his staff and was laughing the entire time. This store should be closed down, and never sell food to anyone. Terrible customer service as well. They handed me dirty bread that was asked to be remade. Do not go to this location.
As a regular customer who orders from this location more than three times a week, I’m really disappointed. What’s the point of ordering through the kiosk if they’re just going to make it however they want? I specifically requested certain sauces and in specific quantities, but they only included one out of the three sauces I ordered. I even told the employee behind the counter, “Could you please add the ___ sauce? I didn’t see you put it on.” He assured me that he had, but he clearly hadn’t. The guy served me a much smaller portion than I wanted. Compared to the couple before me, it seemed like the portion size depended on what your skin color.
